Rachel Johnson Greer: Troveres CEO & Proven Leader in Amazon Content Marketing Strategy

In the world of online retail, Rachel has built a reputation as a strategic voice of reason, particularly in the Amazon e-commerce sphere.

With over 17 years dedicated to mastering the intricacies of Amazon’s marketplace, her work is innovation and strategic excellence in action.

Rachel is the founder of Azama Brands, a boutique agency specializing in sustainable and ethical Amazon growth strategies. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor for Mayan, an innovative AI-powered Amazon advertising platform, and as CEO for Troveres.

Rachel’s unique expertise spans the entire Amazon landscape, from product compliance and safety to advanced marketing techniques. This allows her to combine cutting-edge technology with solid marketplace expertise to drive unprecedented growth for brands.

She has also appeared on every major television network, and is an author, speaker, and emeritus advisory board member of the PROSPER Show, sharing insights with the Amazon seller community. From startups to established brands, Rachel has helped clients scale their Amazon presence from zero to $30M in sales.

Rachel says: “My purpose in life is empowering businesses with the strategies and insights they need to succeed on Amazon and beyond. Because of my specific breadth of experience, I can accurately point to what elements their strategy is missing, and show them how to incorporate those elements and really make it work for them. Now with AI, I’m blending my traditional expertise with these streamlined solutions and it’s really exciting

Katrina Bruce: Strategic Brand Analyst & Systems Architect

Katrina Bruce became a key member of Rachel’s team at Cascadia in 2017, while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Washington, Seattle. She began as a content writer and visual content manager before progressing to project management and data analytics.

Later at Azama, Katrina and Rachel collaborated to develop a proprietary Amazon metrics dashboard, leveraging tools like CloudSQL, third-party API connectors, and a BI tool to optimize advertising campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and more.

At Troveres, Katrina works alongside Rachel and the whole team, utilizing interfaces like AirTable and Stacker to add greater depth and clarity to data, enhance readability, and assist with integration of an AI component throughout the tools she develops.

Katrina says, “Because I’ve had a hand in so many foundational aspects of these companies, I’m uniquely knowledgeable about Amazon agency operations. And now that I have years of experience as a data analyst too, I really know how Amazon itself works, what data we get from it, and how to use it. This gives me solid insight and feedback on how Troveres’s tools should be built, and how they should function.”

Daniel Kastoryano: Vice President of Product Development & Framer of Tomorrow’s Marketplace Solutions

Daniel joined Troveres as Vice President of Product in June 2024 on a mission to create a virtual assistant that will transform how up-and-coming businesses succeed on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

Building on a decade’s worth of expertise in e-commerce, API platform development, and solutions architecture at Amazon, Indeed, and the financial tech industry, Daniel and his team are testing, breaking, and combining ML models, AI agents, and the latest AI development tools to bring the world’s most accurate and dependable e-commerce assistant to life. Eager to make use of 12+ years of insights from driving and observing existing product organizations, Daniel is thrilled at the opportunity to architect a product organization from the ground up.

Before Troveres, he created the first-ever API change management program for Amazon Selling Partner APIs and created the foundations of API migration from the Amazon MWS to the SP-API platform. Prior to that, Daniel spent years in Amazon Marketplace becoming an expert in FBA, Merchant-fulfilled Prime, International selling, and enterprise API integrations. Daniel also brings years of experience at Indeed coordinating product launches and engineering throughput across eight product teams to connect Indeed to the world’s leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS’) via interoperable APIs.
